- Payment provider
- The Paddle entity shown at checkout (ordinarily Paddle.com Market Ltd, UK, including for Japan) handles payment, billing, and tax as Merchant of Record. The Kizamu operator supplies the digital product and service.
- Price
- One-time Pro: $29. Cloud: ¥600 monthly or ¥6,000 yearly. The local currency and tax-inclusive amount shown at checkout prevails.
- Additional fees
- Internet access and communication fees are borne by the user. Consumption tax and VAT are included in the checkout display.
- Payment methods
- Credit card and other methods shown and selected on Paddle's checkout screen.
- Payment timing
- Pro is charged when checkout completes. For a first Cloud subscription, the first charge is made after the 14-day trial, then on each monthly or yearly renewal date. A restarted subscription has no new trial and begins the selected paid period when checkout completes.
- Delivery timing
- Pro is normally available immediately after payment. Cloud is normally available immediately after subscription checkout (when the first trial starts).
- Operating environment
- Latest major browsers are recommended. The Service uses browser local storage.
- Returns and cancellations
- Pro refunds are considered within 30 days for valid reasons, duplicate charges, or where law requires. Cloud renewal can be stopped at any time and access continues to the period end; canceling during the first trial prevents a charge. Mid-period cancellation is generally not prorated, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, refund policy, and mandatory law. See the Refund Policy.
- Special sales conditions
- Free has no expiry. Cloud is independent of Pro and can be subscribed to by Free users. The Cloud free trial lasts 14 days from the start of the Cloud subscription. An account is required to use and subscribe to Cloud, and card registration is required for the free trial.
